Policies

Pet Grooming Policies:

• Open by appointment only.
• We require a 24 hour notice for cancellations.
• To cancel please reply X to the appointment notification. (This is the only recognized means of cancellation.)
• We will refuse service to biting, difficult, or potentially contagious pets. If a pet is dropped off, and we find any of these issues, we may stop work and send the pet home. 
• If a pet repeatedly comes in with matted hair, we will refuse service going forward.
• We prefer not to groom females in heat.
• Grooming can be stressful to some pets, please inform the groomer if your pet has any heart conditions or any stress related issues prior to grooming.
• Hand stripped dogs must be groomed at least once a month, and will not be washed on the trunk of the body. 
• Please keep your pet current on all veterinary recommended vaccines and heartworm prevention. Inform the salon of any changes to your pet's health.
• All areas of the facility are under video surveillance at all times, including the waiting room.
• We livestream and video record grooming daily.
