We will now need a credit card on file to reserve appointments. Our cancellation policy requires appointments to be cancelled 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Any late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a $45. charge (per dog booked) to the credit card on file.

No. We have no crates in the salon. The smallest enclosure is 6 x 4’ with an all glass door. We also have large rooms.
No. Each family group is kept separately.
No. Most pets are ready to go home within 2 hours. They do have access to potty pads.

All pets are dried by hand.

Yes, by law all pets are required to have rabies. A vaccination plan should be discussed with your veterinarian.
After the 3rd series of core vaccines. Usually about 16 weeks old. We must see proof of vaccines from a veterinarian. No hand written pamphlets please.
Our pet grooming Hair Care Services are designed to make dogs feel safe and comfortable. We strive to maintain a healthy coat and skin. All services provided by a Certified Master Groomer. Each appointment includes a one hour time block on the groomers appointment book. A one hour time block does not mean that the pet will be ready for pick up in exactly an hour. It means the groomer plans one hour of hands on work with the dog. If your pet shows up needing more than one hour, you will still receive one hour. Meaning if your pet has more than 4-6 weeks growth, the outcome may not be as tight as a regular client.

I do not pluck ears. I use Vetoquinol Ear Cleansing Solution on healthy ears. Abnormal ears are left untouched and should be evaluated by a veterinarian.

We are a limited service salon.
We only handle dogs kept in reasonably good condition.
We do not trim double coats unless they are in a proper breed standard haircut.
We do not groom all breeds.
Pet Grooming Policies:
We will refuse service to matted, flea infested, biting, difficult, or potentially contagious pets. If a pet is dropped off, and we find any of these issues, we will stop work and send the pet home.
Grooming can be stressful to some pets, please inform the groomer if your pet has any heart conditions or any stress related issues prior to grooming.
Please keep your pet current on all veterinary recommended vaccines and heartworm prevention. Inform the salon of any changes to your pets health.
All areas of the facility are under video surveillance at all times, including the waiting room.
Images of all pets may be used in online formats. Grande Style Pet does pet grooming on YouTube and your pet may be in the videos.
