This style is tight on the trunk of the body, a little longer on the legs, with a rounded face and bangs. Some clients prefer to keep the top knot to tie up.
This trim is about 1" long on the trunk of the body, and a little longer on the legs with a puppy style face.
These styles are characterized by flared legs, tipped ears, and a topknot. There are various beard and face styles for this trim.

The ears can be tipped or left long, the corners of the eyes can be kept long or trimmed. The feet are rounded, with the coat kept long.
This trim is very close on the body with flared legs. It is best done coming from a full coat straight to this trim to have the long hair in place to frame the face, otherwise it looks silly.
This adorable style keeps the coat fairly long, but easier to maintain. This dog has a medium length beard, but any of the face styles look great with this style.
Puppies usually get the ears tipped, the sanitary areas trimmed, the feet rounded, and the pads of the feet trimmed . The corners of the eyes can be trimmed if desired. We can trim bangs, or tie up the topknot.

Tassel Top: This style of tied up topknot keeps the pony tail trimmed so that it doesn’t fall forward into the eyes. This topknot can be worn with any face style.
Extra short around the mouth. This style is often chosen for seniors, especially after losing teeth.
The Fusion style face has a very short chin with an oval mustache.
Drop Ears are typically left with longer hair, this dog has a medium length ear and a more natural medium length face and beard.
Natural drop ears are cute. this Yorkie has a fusion style face with long ears.
Tipped ears are most common, and if you want your dogs ears to stand, it’s very important to keep the ears clipped while your pup is teething.
Butterfly ears are adorable. Not all dogs can wear their hair this way on their ears, as the weight of the hair may cause the ears to drop down.
It’s important that the hair be clipped short on the ears on puppies if you want the ears to stay upright, once the dog is mature, you can then switch to this style if you prefer.
